Hosting and server logs
The websites florian-niemeier.de and florianniemeier.de are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland). When you visit them, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data in server logs: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This data is deleted after 7 days. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure and functional service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
Contact by email
If you write to me, I process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, for questions about Triplato point (b)). I delete messages once the request has been dealt with, at the latest after 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

This website links to other websites, such as triplato.app. Your browser only accesses the other site when you click a link; the privacy policy of the respective operator applies there. How Triplato handles data is described in the Triplato privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To do so, write to hallo@triplato.app.
Right to object: Where I process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object to that processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21(1) GDPR). I will then no longer process the data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for me: Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (LfDI), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
